Basically Ballet Studio is an exclusive, affordable school of dance that provides precise, progressive dance technique in a loving and supportive environment.  We focus on the class to class experience of gaining strength, grace, and poise in addition to learning dance terminology. The more advanced levels partake in several community performances each year and every student gets to show off the skills learned throughout the year in a low key, affordable, and modest performance each June. Costume rentals for performances are included with the registration fee, making things much more easy and affordable for our families. Since opening our doors in 1992, we continue to share the art of dance with our community spanning Forked River, Lanoka Harbor, Bayville, Waretown, Barnegat, Manahawkin, Whiting, and Long Beach Island. Nervous your child won’t like ballet? Signing up for ballet is a commitment, so we don’t blame you! A prospective student can try one class without committing to the full year course. There is a $10 trial fee. Sign up with the link below. Placement is based on age.

Basically Ballet gathers various forms of information from its students which may consists of name, address, phone number, date of birth, and social media contact information, etc. The information gathered by Basically Ballet is confidential and may not be disclosed, shared, distributed or sold to other businesses or persons. Any person appearing in any Basically Ballet advertising in the form of spokesperson or testimonial that includes a student or legal agent of the student’s image and/or limited disclosed information (ex. first name, age, etc) appears by written consent or consent through participation for the stated purposes. Basically Ballet uses photographs and video of its students (in past and current instruction) in advertising, to promote the excellent training offered at Basically Ballet Studio and for training purposes. The video and still pictures are the property of Basically Ballet and shall be used in all media forms. The uses of the photos and/or videos include but are not limited to still photography and video displayed within the studio, newspaper, billboard, television, internet, cinema and/or any other means of public exposure. The images (past, current & future) once taken by and/or delivered to Basically Ballet or an agent thereof, are the property of Basically Ballet to be used and/or distributed as it sees fit for the purposes of instruction and promotion of the studio and it’s services. Images in any form, slogans, mottos or any other written form of promotion created by Basically Ballet for the promotion of the studio are the property of Basically Ballet and are not to be used in part or in full without the written consent of Basically Ballet.
